What does the tool works offer to its customers?
The company provides comprehensive solutions to specific customers´ requirements for tools intended for production of plastic or metal parts.
This service includes the tool design, manufacture, testing and fine-tuning. The customer´s request is submitted in the form of a reference part, 2D drawing or 3D computer model of the part.
A major part of the company´s turnover comes from the production of injection moulds for plastic components, followed by progressive stamping tools for sheet-metal parts. In addition to that, the company manufactures a range of drilling, welding, assembly and control jigs.
To make full use of its machining capacity, the company also manufactures individual pieces or precision machined parts in small series.
The dominant market segment over the last 10 years has been the automotive industry.
